Manage profit and loss statements diligently, analyzing financial data through Excel data analysis tools to inform strategic decisions. Lead and develop multiple management teams through effective team management, managerial communication, and leadership development programs. Drive sales growth by implementing innovative business strategies, enhancing customer service standards, and expanding market presence. Monitor compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards to maintain a secure and compliant environment. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process optimization and implementing best practices across all locations. Qualifications Proven management experience with a strong background in business management and operational oversight. Demonstrated success in profit & loss analysis, financial management, and data-driven decision making. Extensive team management experience with a focus on team development, leadership, and supervising diverse teams. Proficiency in Excel data analysis and project management tools to support strategic planning and operational improvements. Strong communication skills suited for managerial communication at the executive level; ability to influence and motivate teams effectively. Experience in sales growth strategies, customer service excellence, and business expansion initiatives. Pay:

$90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
