Community Care Rx is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a large, fast-paced pharmacy organization. A pharmacy degree is preferred but not required. We welcome candidates from pharmacy or healthcare operations backgrounds who have a proven track record of successfully managing large teams and complex operations. Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate pharmacy staff and department managers.
• Develop and manage employee schedules to ensure appropriate staffing levels.
• Monitor staff performance and conduct regular performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, state and federal regulations, and accreditation standards.
• Drive operational excellence, productivity, and continuous quality improvement.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members while promoting accountability.
• Coordinate with executive leadership to achieve operational and strategic goals.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure operational targets are achieved.
• Foster a positive, professional, and patient-centered workplace culture. Qualifications
• 5+ years of management experience in pharmacy, healthcare, or a similarly regulated operational environment.
• Demonstrated success leading large teams and managing daily operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with scheduling, performance management, compliance, and operational planning.
• Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Pharmacy management experience is strongly preferred.

Pay:

$125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
