Community Care Rx is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a large, fast-paced pharmacy organization. A pharmacy degree is preferred but not required. We welcome candidates from pharmacy or healthcare operations backgrounds who have a proven track record of successfully managing large teams and complex operations. Key Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and motivate pharmacy staff and department managers.
Develop and manage employee schedules to ensure appropriate staffing levels.
Monitor staff performance and conduct regular performance evaluations.
Ensure compliance with company policies, state and federal regulations, and accreditation standards.
Drive operational excellence, productivity, and continuous quality improvement.
Coach, mentor, and develop team members while promoting accountability.
Coordinate with executive leadership to achieve operational and strategic goals.
Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure operational targets are achieved.
Foster a positive, professional, and patient-centered workplace culture. Qualifications
5+ years of management experience in pharmacy, healthcare, or a similarly regulated operational environment.
Demonstrated success leading large teams and managing daily operations.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience with scheduling, performance management, compliance, and operational planning.
Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Pharmacy management experience is strongly preferred.

Technology & Systems Proficiency Must be highly technology-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and master new software platforms and digital tools. Comfortable working with pharmacy management systems, scheduling software, reporting dashboards, Microsoft Office, and other healthcare technologies. Able to analyze data, troubleshoot basic system issues, optimize workflows through technology, and help train staff on new systems. A strong understanding of how technology can improve operational efficiency, compliance, communication, and overall organizational performance is essential.
Pay:
$125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
