Mixology Lead @TheWillowick1931 www.thewillowick1931.com The Mixology Lead is responsible for leading all bar operations while ensuring exceptional beverage quality, responsible alcohol service, inventory management, team development, operational consistency, and memorable guest experiences. This role oversees the beverage program, coaches mixologists, manages bar operations, and collaborates closely with Front and Back of House leadership to deliver a seamless guest experience. Reports To Owner Supervises Mixologists, Barbacks, and other assigned Bar Stewards. Essential Responsibilities Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, coach, and develop Bar Stewards.
- Conduct training and performance conversations.
- Assist with hiring and scheduling recommendations.

- Oversee cocktail, mocktail, beer, wine programs.
- Maintain inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships.
