This role provides strategic direction and day-to-day oversight for the systems, processes, controls, and people that support our deposit products and payment services. The successful candidate will combine strong operational expertise with a practical, collaborative leadership style—and will help us continuously improve how we serve our customers, employees, and communities. What you'll lead Provide leadership and oversight for deposit operations, including account maintenance, ACH, wire transfers, check processing, debit card operations, business online banking, remote deposit capture, and treasury management support. Lead, coach, and develop the Deposit Operations team while establishing clear goals, service standards, performance expectations, and a culture of accountability. Direct daily operational activities to support accurate, efficient, secure, and timely processing across consumer, business, IRA, and specialty deposit accounts. Maintain strong internal controls that safeguard customer and bank assets and effectively manage operational risk. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry requirements, including BSA/AML, the

Operating Rules, and the UCC. Coordinate responses to audits, examinations, and regulatory reviews, and maintain effective departmental policies, procedures, and controls. Lead core system enhancements, conversions, technology implementations, and process-improvement initiatives. Resolve complex operational and customer escalations and provide deposit-related expertise to retail and business banking teams. Prepare and present operational reports, risk assessments, service measures, and key performance indicators to executive leadership. What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in business administrationor a related field preferred. Five to seven years of banking operations experience, including at least three years of leadership experience in deposit operations or a closely related area. Demonstrated experience with core banking systems, deposit processing, electronic payments, regulatory compliance, operational improvement, and cross-functional project leadership. Deep knowledge of deposit operations, payment systems, banking regulations, internal controls, and operational risk management. Strong leadership, coaching, communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage competing priorities and lead effectively in a dynamic banking environment. Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Preferred credentials and experience AAP, NCP, or CTP designation. Experience with fintech partnerships and digital banking platforms.
