Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Multi-Unit Manager to lead multiple locations with enthusiasm and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the operational excellence, financial performance, and team development across several units, ensuring each location delivers outstanding customer service and achieves business objectives. Duties Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for multiple units, aligning goals with overall business objectives. Oversee profit & loss statements, analyze financial data using Excel and other tools to optimize revenue streams and control costs. Develop and implement operational plans that enhance efficiency, improve processes, and promote lean management principles across all locations. Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams through effective team management, coaching, and managerial communication. Drive business development initiatives to expand market presence and increase sales through strategic planning and customer engagement. Manage project timelines, coordinate resources, and ensure successful execution of operational improvements or new initiatives. Utilize data analysis to inform strategic decisions, identify opportunities for process improvements, and enhance overall business performance. Qualifications Proven management experience overseeing multiple units or locations with a strong track record in operational excellence. Expertise in profit & loss analysis, financial management, and data-driven decision making. Strong skills in Excel data analysis, project management, and strategic planning. Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively through coaching, development, and clear communication. Experience in business management with a focus on sales growth, customer service excellence, and process improvement. Knowledge of lean management principles and operational management best practices. Excellent supervisory skills combined with the ability to manage executive-level teams and foster collaboration across departments.
