What you'll do: Own operational delivery and P&L performance across the portfolio, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Lead and develop sector VP's, program and project managers, and technical leaders responsible for delivering best-in-class IT services. Establish and execute operational strategies aligned with MetroStar's strategic goals and growth objectives. Recruit, mentor, and retain high-performing leaders while fostering accountability, professional growth, and continuous improvement. Partner with program leaders and customers to improve service delivery, strengthen performance, and create client delight. What you'll need to succeed: 15+ years of federal IT services leadership experience, including significant experience in an Operations Director, Vice President, or senior program leadership role. Demonstrated success leading a portfolio of at least $50M in annual revenue and 150+ employees. Experience delivering large-scale IT programs across multiple federal agencies or components; experience supporting the Intelligence Community is strongly preferred. Proven ownership of operational delivery, portfolio financial performance, and P&L. Experience leading, coaching, and developing program managers, and project managers. Strong understanding of business development, capture, and proposal development. Executive-level communication skills and experience engaging senior government stakeholders. A clear leadership philosophy and an entrepreneurial drive to build and grow a business. Active TS/SCI security clearance, with the ability to obtain a CI polygraph.

SALARY RANGE

$250,000 - $300,000 The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience.
