This pivotal role involves driving operational excellence initiatives, managing large-scale organizational change, and shaping strategic planning to ensure seamless business operations across all regions. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a proven track record in business development management, and expertise in financial and data-driven decision making. As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will oversee complex projects, foster process improvements, and steer the organization toward sustainable growth and operational efficiency on a global scale. Duties Develop and execute comprehensive strategic management plans to align global operations with corporate objectives, ensuring scalable growth and operational excellence. Lead large-scale organizational change management initiatives to enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and adapt to evolving market demands. Oversee business development management efforts to identify new opportunities, expand market presence, and strengthen client relationships worldwide. Manage operational analysis and profit and loss (P&L) assessments to inform strategic decisions, optimize budgets, and maximize profitability. Drive continuous process improvement initiatives by implementing best practices in operations management, project management, and business management. Supervise senior leadership teams across multiple regions, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and innovation. Utilize data-driven decision-making tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), forecast trends, and support executive-level verbal communication with stakeholders. Qualifications Extensive experience in operations management with a focus on strategic planning, process improvement, and large-scale organizational change management. Proven success in business development management, budget management, forecasting, and financial oversight at an executive level. Strong leadership capabilities with supervisory experience managing diverse teams across multiple geographies. Exceptional verbal communication skills suitable for engaging with executives and stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated ability to lead operational excellence initiatives while managing complex projects within tight deadlines. Expertise in data-driven decision making, operational analysis, profit/loss analysis, and strategic management frameworks. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are preferred.
