Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor/Manager to join a construction-focused organization in Concord, California. This role is suited for someone who is detail oriented and can oversee payment operations while also supporting contract-related review, compliance, and claims coordination. The ideal candidate brings leadership experience, strong business judgment, and the ability to manage detailed financial and contractual matters in a fast-paced environment.
Oversee contract drafting, negotiation, execution, and record management.
Evaluate and resolve claims, including insurance and liability matters.
Handle investigations, claim documentation, and risk mitigation efforts.
Manage liens, payment notices, licensing, permits, and compliance requirements.
Coordinate with insurers, legal counsel, and internal teams on contracts and claims.
Maintain contract and insurance tracking systems while improving processes and tools.
Responsibilities:
