We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Construction Administrator to support our project management and field teams. In this role, you will manage day-to-day office operations, oversee project documentation, track project budgets, and serve as a key liaison between clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Operations:
Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure a smooth administrative workflow.
Document Control:
Process, organize, and maintain digital project files, including contracts, change orders, RFIs, and purchase orders.
Budget Tracking:
Review contractor invoices, track payment cycles, and assist Project Managers with budget tracking and financial reporting.
Communication:
Serve as a primary liaison between clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
Safety Administration:
Coordinate and track project safety documentation, including toolbox talks, safety trainings, and OSHA compliance records.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Construction experience required
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Business Administration or Construction Management is a plus.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel), Google Drive, and construction management software (e.g., Procore, GC Pay is highly preferred.)
Certifications:
Knowledge of OSHA regulations or
OSHA 10/30
certification is a strong asset.
Skills:
Excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and a high attention to detail.
