Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Contract Manager to oversee the lifecycle of contracts within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in contract administration, vendor management, and compliance oversight, ensuring that all contractual obligations are met efficiently and effectively. This role offers an opportunity to lead strategic negotiations, manage procurement processes, and support organizational growth through meticulous contract and records management. The Contract Manager will play a pivotal role in safeguarding legal interests, optimizing procurement activities, and fostering strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders across various sectors. The Contract Manager shall assist with creation and adoption of medical service service contracts as needed. They will identify entities that may serve as contracted entities and assist with the process of contract completion and implementation. This will include contracts for various participant services as needed. They will ensure that contracts are in place prior to service provision and that all required credentialling is completed. They will ensure contracted entities are not excluded from participation in CMS funding by verification entity status periodically as needed. Travel to service areas of Kentucky such as Bowling Green, Richmond, Monticello, and Somerset are required frequently.
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. 1. Must have medical clearance for communicable diseases and up-to-date immunizations before having direct participant contact. 2. Must have a valid driver's license, proof of insurance and have a reliable means of transportation. 3.
Education:
Bachelor;s Degree in relevant field preferred.
Required to have basic knowledge of creation and maintenance of similar contractual agreements and related requirements.

Experience:
Preferred to have 1 year relevant experience.

Pay:
$25.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
