• Direct contact for surety accounts.
• Provide prompt service to construction clients for Bond execution
• Preparation of indemnity agreements, Subordination agreements etc.
• Follow up with clients for underwriting information on projects and for annual financial updates
• Become proficient on preparing, billing and reporting final bonds including Surety 2000 on line program
• Review and revamp work flows, job descriptions, etc.
