Job Description

Warranty Administrator The Warranty Administrator is responsible for managing the company's warranty process from initial claim through final resolution. This position serves as the primary point of contact for dealers, customers, suppliers, and internal departments regarding warranty claims while ensuring claims are processed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with company policies. Job tasks

Receive, review, investigate, and process warranty claims.
Verify warranty eligibility according to company policy.
Determine appropriate warranty coverage.
Approve or deny warranty claims based on established guidelines.
Maintain accurate warranty records and documentation.
Process warranty credits and reimbursements.
Communicate claim status to dealers and customers.
Serve as the primary warranty contact for dealers and customers.
Answer warranty-related questions professionally and promptly.
Review failed components to determine root cause.
Gather supporting documentation, photos, and technical information.
Track warranty claim activity.
Prepare monthly warranty reports.
Maintain warranty KPI dashboards.
Maintain warranty files.
Enter data into ERP system.
Maintain accurate customer records.
Other tasks as assigned. Necessary Skills and Abilities
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
3+ years of customer service, warranty administration, technical support, or manufacturing experience preferred.
Strong administrative and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
ERP experience preferred.
