What You'll Do Your responsibilities will include: Management of medical weight loss, GLP1, Botox, fillers Oversee day-to-day business operations and customer experience Develop relationships within your local community Drive patient/client acquisition, retention, and revenue growth Maintain high standards of professionalism, safety, compliance, and customer service Follow established franchise systems, protocols, and brand standards Work closely with the franchisor's corporate team for training, marketing, operations, and business development The ideal candidate is: Entrepreneurial, ambitious, and self-motivated Passionate about aesthetics, wellness, beauty, healthcare, or the medspa industry Comfortable leading people and building a business Strong in sales, relationship building, and business development Professional, personable, and highly customer-focused Financially responsible and comfortable managing a business Willing to be actively involved in the growth of the location Coachable and willing to follow a proven franchise system Important Opportunity Details 3 +years of experience preferred.
