Tasca Chevrolet in Wheeling is seeking an experienced, results-driven BDC Manager to guide our team in lead generation and customer engagement efforts. Develop and implement strategies to generate qualified leads for Sales.
Monitor and analyze BDC performance metrics, providing regular reports to managementOversee customer follow-up processes to ensure timely and effective engagementCollaborate with the Sales and Service departments to create an exceptional and seamless customer experience.
