Job Description
Full-time permanent position. Anticipated start date 12/01/2026.
Successful candidate must have:
- PA Career & Technical Administrative Director certification, Superintendent Letter of Eligibility or ability to obtain
- a demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with Joint Operating Committee/School Boards, and professional peers
- CTE/academic administrative experience at the secondary level
- experience/ability to promote career & technical education
- ability to create and maintain mission and goal statements
- ability to oversee all facets of administration including personnel, budgeting, curriculum development, and safety
- a track record of ethical leadership and excellent interpersonal skills
- experience working in workforce education, career and technical environments and formal education settings
- an understanding of employment contracts/negotiations
- experience with comprehensive/strategic plans, school improvement plans, and Chapter 339 Technical Assist Visits
- understanding of Programs of Study, NOCTI/NIMS, Keystone exams, and industry certifications
- working knowledge of budgeting
- working knowledge of facilities and project management
- working knowledge of public relations Act 24, Act 34, Act 151, Act 114, Act 168 and all mandated clearances required upon hire.
