Job Description

Full-time permanent position. Anticipated start date 12/01/2026.
Successful candidate must have:
  • PA Career & Technical Administrative Director certification, Superintendent Letter of Eligibility or ability to obtain
  • a demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with Joint Operating Committee/School Boards, and professional peers
  • CTE/academic administrative experience at the secondary level
  • experience/ability to promote career & technical education
  • ability to create and maintain mission and goal statements
  • ability to oversee all facets of administration including personnel, budgeting, curriculum development, and safety
  • a track record of ethical leadership and excellent interpersonal skills
  • experience working in workforce education, career and technical environments and formal education settings
  • an understanding of employment contracts/negotiations
  • experience with comprehensive/strategic plans, school improvement plans, and Chapter 339 Technical Assist Visits
  • understanding of Programs of Study, NOCTI/NIMS, Keystone exams, and industry certifications
  • working knowledge of budgeting
  • working knowledge of facilities and project management
  • working knowledge of public relations Act 24, Act 34, Act 151, Act 114, Act 168 and all mandated clearances required upon hire.
