This role provides leadership and strategic direction to studio teams, ensures superior member experiences, drives employee achievement, and maintains the integrity of the Stretch Zone® brand.

Responsibilities:

In-Depth Analysis and Optimization of Studio Metrics:

Sales comparisons over extended periods Lead generation Member retention and satisfaction Refunds/returns Closing percentages Projections Develop a strategic plan of action for business development

Additional Duties Include:
