as a Team Lead. Candidate must be a current employee supporting the

contract as this is an additional duty, not an open position hiring external candidates. Candidate must be able to balance management responsibilities with other technical instruction job duties.

Team Lead duties include:

managing personnel as a servant leader, helping to grow employees as professionals, providing regular feedback to employees to support their growth; working with the Project Manager to remove impediments from analysts being able to work; working to retain personnel; acting as a liaison between onsite analysts and senior management; reporting onsite activities to the Project Manager weekly; and enforcing BAE Systems corporate policy, among other responsibilities. A successful Team Lead will work as both an employee advocate and effective BAE Systems leader. Required Education, Experience, & Skills Must be a current employee

Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range:

$97008 - $164914 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
