Key Responsibilities ✅ Coordinate and dispatch HVAC technicians efficiently using dispatch software ✅ Schedule service calls and optimize routes for timely arrivals ✅ Manage multi-line phone systems and communicate professionally with customers, technicians, and team members ✅ Handle customer inquiries and help build long-term customer relationships ✅ Receive, order, and track parts, ensuring timely follow-up ✅ Perform data entry, invoicing, and maintain accurate customer records ✅ Support daily office and administrative operations ✅ Communicate effectively through phone, email, and internal communication platforms Qualifications ✔ Strong computer skills are a must ✔ Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) ✔ Excellent phone etiquette with a friendly, professional attitude ✔ A positive personality and a "smile customers can hear through the phone" ✔ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities ✔ Attention to detail and problem-solving skills ✔ HVAC industry knowledge is preferred ✔ Dependable, motivated, and eager to learn Why Join Us?
