Job Description

Hiring:

OTR Trucking Dispatcher Location:

Siloam Springs, AR (Must Live Within 15 Miles Of Siloam Springs) We are seeking an experienced Dispatcher to manage driver communication, load bookings, and dispatch data entry. Key Responsibilities Receive and book customer orders in dispatch software. Assign loads, transmit details to drivers, and monitor delivery statuses. Communicate updates and service issues with customers and operations staff. Monitor driver daily logs (E-logs).

Requirements Required:

Fleet dispatching experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and basic computer skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Schedule Monday•

Friday:

7:00 AM•5:00 PM (or until finished)

Saturdays:

7:00 AM•10:00 AM (every other week).
