Key Responsibilities  Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls with a professional, respectful and friendly demeanor  Respond to emails, SMS and chat messages in an articulate and comprehensible manner that enhances the overall customer experience  Communicate effectively with customers to confirm appointments and address any concerns  Maintain up-to-date and accurate records within Service Titan and all systems  Coordinate and efficiently schedule and dispatch service technicians to various job sites  Assist in managing service/technician schedules and optimizing routes for efficiency  Alert management of trends in customer calls  Provide support to the team and assist with administrative tasks  Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications  Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic  Knowledge of plumbing or Service Titan is a huge plus  Previous experience as a dispatcher is preferred  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment  Excellent communication (verbal and written), multi-tasking and organizational skills  Self-motivated and customer care oriented  Must have effective listening and verbal communication skills  Must be attentive to detail  Proven ability to meet/exceed set goals  Be receptive to constant coaching and feedback  Ability to work well with other team members, managers, technicians, etc.  Ability to work one weekend day per week Highlights / Benefits  Competitive hourly rate of $18
