Experience is preferred, but entry-level applicants are welcome. Training is provided.

$4,000-$5,000 per month, including overtime pay at 1.5× the regular rate Responsibilities Anticipate potential delays and proactively adjust dispatch plans. Assign drivers to tasks based on timing, location, and available capacity. Optimize routes based on available drivers and vehicles. Facilitate communication between drivers and merchant warehouses to coordinate pickups and deliveries. Requirements Available to work on-site on weekdays. (El Monte, CA) Available for overtime as needed. Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Previous dispatch or transportation experience is a plus.Probationary Period:
