Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Dispatcher to support maintenance operations for a Real Estate firm in Tustin, California. This Long-term Contract position plays an important role in coordinating service activity, keeping work orders organized, and ensuring residents receive timely updates regarding repair scheduling. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing multiple priorities, communicating across teams, and using property management and dispatch systems to maintain efficient service delivery.
Manage scheduling and daily activity across assigned properties while balancing priorities and service needs.
Communicate with residents regarding appointment scheduling, updates, and general service-related questions.
Create, update, and track purchase orders and other documentation associated with property services.
Maintain accurate records within CRM, property management, and internal systems.
Partner with internal teams and field personnel to address scheduling conflicts, delays, and service-related questions.
Monitor open requests and follow up as needed to ensure timely completion and proper documentation.
Handle inbound calls and customer service inquiries related to property services, scheduling, billing, and general requests.
Assist with administrative tasks and reporting to support overall operational efficiency.
Provide a high level of customer service while managing multiple requests and priorities simultaneously.
