Responsibilities Coordinate vehicle dispatching by assigning stops efficiently using company approved software. Communicate clearly with drivers, customers, and internal teams via multi-line phone systems and internal communication platforms to relay instructions and updates promptly. Monitor GPS data to track vehicle locations, optimize routes, and ensure timely service in compliance with DOT regulations.. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries professionally while managing phone call etiquette and maintaining organizational efficiency. Skills Proficiency in transportation management Strong understanding of GPS technology, and route optimization techniques within logistics environments. Excellent communication skills for effective dispatching, phone call management, and internal coordination. Knowledge of DOT (Department of Transportation) and vehicle safety standards. Skilled in data entry, typing accuracy, and managing multi-line phone systems efficiently. Ability to analyze transportation data to improve logistics workflows and support fleet management strategies.
