Job Description

DISPATCH LOGISTICS

COORDINATORAdairsville, GA Shift:

1st and 2nd shift available!

Responsibilities:

Communicate daily loading schedules, priorities, and updates to warehouse loaders.

Coordinate split loads and picking requirements with warehouse personnel to ensure accurate order fulfillment.

Identify and communicate inventory shortages or discrepancies, providing solutions to minimize shipping delays.

Support the loading team by resolving operational issues and ensuring smooth workflow throughout the shift.

Check in drivers upon arrival and verify appointment and shipment information.

Prepare and distribute all required shipping and loading documentation, including bills of lading and related paperwork.

Collaborate with warehouse, inventory, and transportation teams to ensure accurate and timely outbound shipments.

Monitor loading progress and adjust priorities as needed to meet customer delivery schedules.

Maintain clear communication across departments to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant shipping operations.

Qualifications:

2+ years of warehouse logistics & planning experienceSAP and AS400 experience Knowledge of the warehouse operations and proceduresForklift license (front, retractable, side loader a plus) w/2+ yrs of recent forklift experienceProduct knowledge - metal experience preferredSAP transactions to track deliveries/shipmentsKnowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel preferred Ability to calculate floor space in feet and weight distribution on the truckDownloading and recording picking photos
