Plumbing Dispatcher (After Hours)

What You'll Do:

Answer the

Call:

Field after-hours emergency plumbing calls from customers and gather the details our on-call technicians need. Dispatch the

Right Tech:

Coordinate with on-call plumbers to get them to the right job, fast.

Keep It Organized:

Log every call accurately so the technician and the morning team have what they need.

Represent Edelman:

Be the calm, professional voice customers hear when they're dealing with a stressful plumbing emergency. Know When to

Escalate:

Flag anything unusual to the on-call supervisor without hesitation.

What We're Looking For:

Availability:

Able to work Monday-Friday, 3:30-6:30 PM.

Communication:

Comfortable on the phone — clear, calm, and professional under pressure.

Reliability:

Shows up on time, every time.

Experience:

None required — we'll train you.
