Bluegrass Trucking, Inc. is expanding our operations team and looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Load Coordinator / Dispatcher to manage daily dispatching, secure profitable backhauls with brokered loads, and schedule external freight to maximize fleet efficiency. Position Details

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Location:

Harrodsburg, Kentucky

Requirements:

No CDL required; dispatch or logistics experience required. Compensation & Benefits

Starting Pay:

Competitive, based on experience (Starting at $50,000/year)

• Coordinate daily fleet dispatching and communicate effectively with drivers.
• Source and book profitable backhauls utilizing third-party brokered loads to eliminate empty miles.
• Schedule, track, and manage external brokered freight operations.
• Maintain accurate digital records, manage communication channels, and ensure smooth daily operations between drivers and shipping partners.
