Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage daily service and delivery schedules Dispatch drivers and technicians efficiently Communicate schedule updates with customers and team members Respond to changing priorities, delays, and urgent requests Maintain accurate scheduling and dispatch records Support smooth day-to-day operations through clear, timely communication Qualifications Previous dispatching experience is encouraged but not required Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and make decisions in a fast-paced environment Dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with customers Basic computer and data-entry skills Interested candidates are encouraged to apply and share their relevant experience, and see where the conversation goes!
