Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Dispatch Coordinator to join our Customer Service team. In this vital role, you will oversee the scheduling and coordination of transportation operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of fuel across various routes. Your expertise in transportation planning, vehicle dispatching, and technician asset management will help drive operational excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment where proactive communication and meticulous organization are key to success. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage daily service and delivery schedules Dispatch drivers and technicians efficiently Communicate schedule updates with customers and team members Respond to changing priorities, delays, and urgent requests Maintain accurate scheduling and dispatch records Support smooth day-to-day operations through clear, timely communication Qualifications Previous dispatching experience is encouraged but not required Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and make decisions in a fast-paced environment Dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with customers Basic computer and data-entry skills Interested candidates are encouraged to apply and share their relevant experience, and see where the conversation goes!
