Put your skills to work in an essential industry. Marshall Municipal Utilities (MMU) is looking for a dependable, safety-minded individual to join our Electric Production team as a Dispatch Operator. This unique position combines electrical utility dispatching with the operation and maintenance of power generation equipment and a recycling facility.

Responsibilities include:

Regulate generator loads, coordinate purchased power, and operate and control generating equipment. Monitor equipment and utility system conditions, respond to alarms, and dispatch on-call personnel when problems or service interruptions occur. Participate in the operation of turbines, generators, and related power plant equipment. Perform mechanical maintenance and assist with equipment repairs. Assist with operation and maintenance of MMU's recycling facility and equipment.

Minimum Qualifications:
