We currently service over 10 areas in the United States and are continuing to grow rapidly. We are seeking a Dispatcher to oversee and coordinate daily transportation operations. The ideal candidate will have great organization and communication skills. A background in logistics and transportation management is preferred.

• Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of drivers, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance
• Coordinate driver schedules and routes to maximize efficiency
• Utilize transportation management systems to track shipments and analyze data for process improvement
• Collaborate with dispatchers to ensure timely delivery of freight
• Handle communication with drivers, clients, and internal teams effectively
• Monitor driver performance and address any issues promptly

• Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills to interact with drivers, clients, and internal stakeholders
• Strong customer service skills
• Experience in management, logistics management preferred
• Proficient with Excel
• Strong analytical skills to assess transportation data and optimize processes
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of phone systems for effective communication
• Position is for a 1099 Contractor
