Kemco of Burlington is growing and we are looking for a HVAC Service Quote and Procurement Specialist / Dispatcher As a key member of our team you will be the first impression to our customers, it will be your job to provide a positive and friendly representation of our company. We currently have a full-time position available.

Responsibilities:

• Prefer Hvac background.
• Order all HVAC parts and quotes and parts returns.
• Backup to Answer HVAC calls and back up multi line phone system.
• Get vital information from customer and dispatch to appropriate driver.
• Interact with customers by phone and/or in person to provide information about our services.
• Use reference materials to quickly and accurately determine the best method to assist their needs.
• Work directly with management and accounting department to finalize jobs.
• Enter customer and service information into computer system.
• General office duties.
