As a Customer Service Dispatcher, you will be the heartbeat of our logistics operations, ensuring seamless communication and coordination between our clients and service techs. Your role is crucial in managing the flow of information and resources, utilizing your expertise in dispatching and tire management systems. With your strong communication skills and analytical mindset, you will help optimize our service teams processes while providing exceptional service to our customers. What you'll do Coordinate and manage incoming requests from our sales team & office phone calls for tire service calls , ensuring timely dispatch of service techs to job sites across

N.C. & V.A.

Utilize Geographic Information Systems, Global Positioning Systems (GPS) to optimize routing and scheduling. Maintain accurate records of customer calls, make work orders, and documentation using tire software systems. Communicate effectively with service techs , clients, and internal teams via multi-line phone systems or text message to resolve issues and provide updates. Analyze customer information to identify trends and improve operational efficiency in fleet management. Oversee shipping and receiving processes while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Provide directions, tire sizes, equipment or truck info, scope of work to be completed on sites, and on site contact info to provide service techs to be able complete their jobs. Must be able to work under stressful conditions coordinating between customers and service techs while keeping a professional work atmosphere. Experience

MUST HAVE HAD EXPERIENCE DISPATCHING REQUIRED

Proven experience in dispatching or a related field within logistics or supply chain management. Computer skills Strong knowledge of tires , heavy equipment and or the trucking industry is a plus Proficiency in data entry with excellent typing skills for accurate record-keeping. Familiarity with freight operations, shipping & receiving procedures, and fleet management principles. Exceptional communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette to engage effectively with diverse group of people. Analytical skills to assess data trends for continuous improvement in service delivery. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities efficiently.
