Job description:
FirstFleet has an immediate need for a 3rd-shift Full-time Dispatcher in Newton, NC, for our Dedicated fleet account.CDL-A REQUIRED

DOE $40,000.00Schedule:
- Off Days are Monday Night & Friday Night (Sundays are required) 10p
- 6am While in training
- 9 am
- 5 pm Duties to include, but not limited to:
- Communicating with customers daily in person, over the phone, and by email
- Interacting with drivers through problem-solving and team building
- Communicate issues and delays to other FirstFleet & Customer locations
- Assist with daily load and route planning
- Monitor and track the driver
- Monitor and process driver payroll
- Process Billing for the customer
- Monitor and update maintenance issues
- Create Maintenance Purchase orders
- TMW/TMT experience a plus
- Ability to work extra hours if needed
- Positive, Professional attitude & Safety minded
