Overview Marsh Creek Carriers, Inc. is looking for a dispatcher to assist the material delivery and dump truck fleet. All trucks operate locally. This position is in Gretna, Nebraska. This is an office environment relying heavily on technology and communicaton. Position Overview This is a full time onsite position utilizing Samsara for GPS tracking and Toro for dispatching. Receives and enters orders for project materials, small equipment and dump truck deliveries to customers. Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions) Receives calls from Sales and guides the driver through the delivery process. Establishes delivery times according to factors such as truck capacities, distances to delivery site, and fleet availability. Enters the order into the computer. Places orders at the appropriate locations determined by jobsite location and inventory availability. Monitors equipment locations and utilization to coordinate service and schedules. Handles all calls in a professional and helpful manner. Other duties as assigned Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education and/or Experience High School diploma or general education degree (GED) Construction experience or knowledge of terminology Excel experience Multi-tasking ability Ability to work in fast paced environments Organized Able to take notes and communicate from them Work Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older. Pay:

$23.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
