We are seeking a dependable, organized individual to join our busy Portsmouth, NH office for the upcoming winter season. This is a seasonal position expected to run from mid-October through March. Ideal hours will be 7am - 3pm Monday through Friday. Occasional overtime and weekends may be necessary. This position requires someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, can handle multiple responsibilities at once, and is willing to step in where needed.

Responsibilities include:

Answering incoming phone calls and emails Taking customer orders and entering them into our Salt Scale system Assisting customers with order-related questions Filling in as a dispatcher when needed

Qualifications:

New Hampshire Weighmaster License or willingness to obtain one Basic computer skills Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Dependable and able to work well as part of a team Training will be provided on our systems and procedures.

Pay:

From $20.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 35.0 per week
