We're looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Customer Care Representative to become the voice of our company. Position Summary As our Customer Care Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers. You'll answer incoming calls, schedule service appointments, coordinate with technicians, and ensure every customer receives outstanding service. This is a fast-paced position that requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism and enthusiasm. Schedule and dispatch plumbing, HVAC, and septic service appointments. Communicate with technicians throughout the day regarding schedules and customer updates. Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction. Respond to emails, text messages, and online inquiries. Process payments and assist with invoices when needed. Maintain accurate customer records and job notes. Handle customer concerns professionally and help resolve issues. Assist with general office duties as needed. Qualifications Previous customer service or office experience preferred. Dispatching or scheduling experience is a plus. Experience in plumbing, HVAC, construction, or home services is highly preferred. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
