We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Client Services Coordinator to support daily operations and maintain strong relationships with our customers. This role is responsible for outbound and inbound client communication, scheduling services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and helping drive repeat business by reconnecting with past customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Call customers to follow up on completed services and confirm satisfaction Proactively contact past customers from prior years to schedule current-season services Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages; respond to customer questions regarding services, pricing, and scheduling Schedule appointments and coordinate service dates with field teams Assist in re-selling services that customers have previously received but have not yet scheduled for the current season Prepare and send quotes, confirmations, and basic service information Maintain accurate customer records and service history Support general office operations, including light administrative and coordination tasks

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of scheduling or dispatching experience Strong communication skills, especially over the phone Strong phone and computer skills Comfortable making outbound calls and discussing services with customers Highly organized and responsive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks Ability to work effectively in a team environment Basic computer proficiency, including email, scheduling systems, and CRM tools Demonstrated employment stability, with 3+ years of tenure at previous employers preferred

Pay:

$55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
