Operations Job Description Purity Oilfield Services is hiring a Logistics Dispatcher in Bowie, TX to support our growing operation. Dispatcher Requirements  High School Diploma or equivalent certification required.  Proficient communicator in written and verbal skills.  Knowledge of basic DOT guidelines  Water Hauling Logistics Experience preferred but not required  Preferred 2 - 3 years' experience in logistics and/or customer service.  Must be able to think and react quickly to changing situations and conditions and apply good use of judgement at all times.  Be able to monitor status and route of multiple units to coordinate and prioritize their schedule. Provide information about orders, traffic, obstacles and requirements.  Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Dispatch duties involve coordinating drivers to pick up and deliver water by assigning loads, planning efficient routes, and monitoring drivers' progress. Key responsibilities also include route planning and optimizing delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient transportation of water and equipment to various locations. Managing daily operations, coordination in assigning drivers to specific loads and routes based on customer needs and equipment availability. Administrative tasks like ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining accurate logs and records which involve reviewing electronic tickets for accuracy and efficiency. . Acting as the central point of contact between drivers, clients and site managers to address issues and ensure smooth operations.

Data management:

Using software to manage data, track loads, and generate reports for invoicing and accounting.

Schedule:

40-48 hours per week. Day shift / Night shift and weekend availability. APPLY HERE
