Growing residential HVAC and plumbing company Strong employee retention and collaborative team culture Supportive, hands-on leadership Competitive hourly pay + performance incentives Stable, year-round work Opportunity for professional growth Employee-focused environment that values input and teamwork Opportunity to grow with a company expanding its service capacity What You'll Do Handle inbound customer calls and schedule residential HVAC and plumbing service appointments Coordinate daily technician schedules based on job requirements, location, and availability Dispatch technicians efficiently and help keep daily routes organized Communicate with technicians throughout the day regarding job status and customer needs Keep customers informed about appointment times and technician arrival Manage call flow and prioritize urgent service requests Schedule sold work and follow-up appointments Maintain accurate customer and job information Coordinate with technicians and management to resolve scheduling or customer issues Provide professional, friendly, and helpful customer service What We're Looking For Previous CSR, dispatcher, or customer service experience Home-services experience strongly preferred , particularly HVAC or plumbing Strong phone and customer service skills Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Comfortable coordinating with field technicians and customers Ability to remain calm and solution-focused when schedules change Strong attention to detail and follow-through Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Comfortable learning and using scheduling/CRM software Compensation & Benefits $17.00-$19.00 per hour + performance incentives Estimated OTE of $35,360 to $39,520 annually 2 weeks PTO 401(k) match Health insurance with 50% of employee cost covered Dental insurance Life insurance Career growth and professional development opportunities If you're an organized, customer-focused professional who enjoys keeping technicians productive, customers informed, and the day running smoothly, we'd love to hear from you.
