Provide timely updates regarding delays, equipment concerns, maintenance needs, and operational risks.

Collaborate with supervisors and driver leadership to improve communication processes and operational efficiency.

Support campus-wide logistics coordination while helping reduce unnecessary radio traffic for drivers through dedicated dispatch communication channels.

Build strong working relationships with internal departments and external service providers.

Maintain accurate records of radio calls, trailer moves, maintenance requests, and operational exceptions.

Prepare daily reports, audit documentation, and shift summaries to support operational transparency.

Track performance metrics and operational data to identify and support process improvements.

Ensure all records and documentation are maintained with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Support safe yard operations by identifying and reporting equipment concerns.

High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and follow-through in all tasks.

Ability to make sound decisions and adapt to changing operational demands.

Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with cross-functional partners.
