•AL, a Genesis HealthCare skilled nursing facility in Prattville, AL, seeks a Director of Nursing to lead clinical operations and nursing staff. The DON oversees care delivery, regulatory compliance, staffing, and quality improvement while promoting a resident-first, team-based culture. Responsibilities include developing individualized care plans, mentoring nurses and CNAs, partnering with an interdisciplinary team, engaging families, managing surveys, and driving best practices. This role offers the opportunity to impact residents' independence while growing professionally within the Genesis HealthCare network.
