Job Summary Maricopa Cleaners is seeking a dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Facility Care Specialist to provide professional cleaning services Wednesday-Sunday. This is a hands-on commercial cleaning position responsible for maintaining a clean, polished, sanitary, and welcoming environment throughout designated areas of the property. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, notices the small details, works efficiently, and understands the importance of maintaining a professional appearance in a high-quality facility. The Facility Care Specialist will be expected to complete assigned cleaning duties thoroughly and consistently while following Maricopa Cleaners' cleaning standards and procedures. Primary Responsibilities Cleaning responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, including toilets, sinks, counters, mirrors, fixtures, partitions, doors, and surrounding areas. Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen and break areas, including countertops, sinks, tables, exterior surfaces of appliances, cabinets, and other designated surfaces. Cleaning dining, clubhouse, lounge, and common areas. Dusting furniture, fixtures, ledges, baseboards, windowsills, and other surfaces. Wiping and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces such as door handles, light switches, handrails, counters, and tables. Vacuuming carpeted areas, rugs, and entryways. Sweeping and mopping hard-surface flooring. Spot-cleaning doors, walls, glass, mirrors, and other surfaces as needed. Emptying trash and replacing trash liners. Maintaining clean and presentable entrances and designated exterior areas, as well as outside furniture. Cleaning the driver's lounge and restroom areas. Cleaning designated garage areas when scheduled. Identifying areas that require additional attention and addressing them without needing to be specifically directed. Following established cleaning checklists and ensuring all assigned areas are completed before leaving the property. Properly using and caring for cleaning products, supplies, vacuums, mops, and other equipment provided by Maricopa Cleaners. Reporting damaged equipment, supply needs, maintenance concerns, property damage, or unusual conditions promptly. Maintaining a professional appearance and respectful demeanor while on the Apex Motor Club property. Respecting the privacy, property, vehicles, equipment, and personal belongings its members, employees, and guests. Physical Requirements This is an active cleaning position that requires regular physical activity throughout the shift. The employee must be able to: Stand and walk for extended periods. Frequently bend, reach, twist, kneel, squat, and stoop. Safely use and navigate stairs multiple times during a shift. Carry cleaning supplies and equipment between different areas of the facility. Push and pull vacuums, mop buckets, carts, and other cleaning equipment. Perform repetitive cleaning movements such as wiping, scrubbing, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping. Reach above shoulder level and clean lower surfaces as needed. Work comfortably in indoor and designated outdoor areas. Safely perform the physical duties associated with commercial cleaning throughout the scheduled shift.

Have reliable transportation to and from every scheduled shift. Be dependable and consistently arrive on time and ready to work. Have excellent attention to detail . Be able to work independently and stay productive without constant supervision. Be able to follow written and verbal instructions. Be able to follow cleaning checklists and established procedures. Be comfortable working in a commercial environment. Be able to safely use stairs. Be able to manage time effectively and complete assigned responsibilities within the scheduled cleaning period. Be willing to correct or redo an area if it does not meet Maricopa Cleaners' quality standards. Demonstrate honesty, professionalism, reliability, and respect for the client's property. Maintain appropriate confidentiality regarding anything seen or heard while working at the facility. Understand that consistency is extremely important—the facility should receive the same high level of care during every cleaning. Treat members, guests, and other vendors courteously. Remain focused on assigned responsibilities while working. Handle client property carefully and respectfully. Follow all applicable facility rules and safety procedures. Use cleaning chemicals and equipment according to instructions. Immediately report spills, damage, safety hazards, broken items, or other concerns. Never remove, use, or disturb client property unless it is necessary to complete an assigned cleaning task. Communicate professionally with Maricopa Cleaners management regarding scheduling, supplies, concerns, or unusual situations.
