The Overnight Facility Manager is responsible for supervising overnight staff, ensuring the safety and well-being of youth, maintaining Title 22 and Community Care Licensing compliance, responding to crises, and ensuring the facility is prepared for the following day's operations. This position serves as the overnight leadership representative for the program and is expected to exercise sound judgment, professionalism, and strong leadership skills. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide leadership and supervision to overnight direct care staff. Ensure continuous supervision and safety of youth throughout the overnight shift. Maintain compliance with California Title 22 regulations, Community Care Licensing standards, and agency policies. Complete facility walkthroughs and ensure the home remains clean, safe, secure, and inspection-ready. Conduct and oversee required 15-minute safety checks and documentation. Monitor youth throughout the night while promoting a safe, calm, and therapeutic environment. Build positive, supportive, and professional relationships with youth while maintaining appropriate boundaries. Respond appropriately to behavioral incidents, crises, AWOLs, medical concerns, and emergencies. Initiate emergency protocols and notify leadership, law enforcement, ACCESS, FURS, or emergency responders when required. Ensure all required overnight documentation is completed accurately and before the end of the shift. Communicate significant events and shift updates to incoming Facility Managers and leadership. Ensure medications, keys, confidential records, and facility property remain secure. Assist direct care staff with client supervision and daily responsibilities as needed. Fill in for overnight staff during breaks, emergencies, or staffing shortages. Monitor the facility for maintenance, safety, sanitation, or compliance concerns and report issues promptly. Assist with training, coaching, and supporting overnight staff. Promote a trauma-informed, therapeutic environment that supports youth safety, emotional regulation, and healing. Minimum Qualifications Must meet California Title 22 qualifications for a Facility Manager in a licensed STRTP. Previous supervisory or leadership experience in residential treatment, group homes, STRTPs, behavioral health, child welfare, or a related human services field preferred. Experience working with at-risk youth or youth with behavioral or mental health needs preferred. Strong crisis intervention, conflict resolution, and de-escalation skills. Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities. Ability to remain calm under pressure and effectively manage emergencies. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and regulatory compliance. Valid California Driver's License with an acceptable driving record. Ability to pass DOJ/FBI background clearance, Community Care Licensing clearance, health screening, tuberculosis clearance, and pre-employment physical. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, bend, kneel, and respond quickly during emergencies. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to perform safety interventions when permitted by agency policy and training. Ability to remain awake, alert, and actively engaged throughout the overnight shift. Ability to complete facility rounds and supervise youth throughout the night. Schedule Full-Time (40 hours/week)

Overnight Shift:

11:00 PM - 7:00 AM Includes weekends and holidays as scheduled. Must be available to work additional hours during emergencies, staffing shortages, or crisis situations. Compensation & Benefits $24.00-$26.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience. Full-time benefits package available. Paid training.
