Job Functions As Director of Business Development , the majority of your time will be spent out of the facility calling on physicians, discharge planners and various external organizations and groups to ensure consistency and growth of our rehab census. Requirements The Director of Business Development must possess the ability to present Linda Mar's differentiated services, which have elevated our center as the premier provider of post-acute rehab care. Must also be self-driven, highly motivated, task oriented, efficient, and possess a strong work ethic. Skilled nursing experience is highly preferred but Home Health, Pharmaceutical reps, and nurse applicants will also be considered. You will need to have existing contacts with key physicians and discharge planners in San Mateo and surrounding areas.
