The Facilities Coordinators are responsible for navigating all ongoing, routine and emergency maintenance, by coordinating lines of communication and processes of execution with the Skywalker Facilities group including Parkway house and estate managers (Parkway Team). The ideal candidate is flexible, a master multitasker, and works without ego. They can think on their feet and can easily juggle multiple events/tasks (planned and unplanned) within a short time frame, when necessary. Top priorities in this position are a positive service-minded attitude, construction of fine finishes (drywall and woodworking) and general HVAC, plumbing and electrical experience. Completing hands-on daily maintenance, repair, and operation of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, lighting and building automation systems and coordinating any subcontractor work.

High School diploma or equivalent Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work weekends and evenings as needed Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Required Skills /

Competencies:

Knowledgeable in HVAC systems. Tech savvy. Experience negotiating and managing contracts. Required to work overtime as needed and approved. Coordination and logistics skills High standards for safety - awareness of and compliance with OSHA regulations. Experience in working with high end facilities and fine home, either construction or maintenance Ability to manage and evaluate contractor, and vendor work Ability to safely traverse the facilities, climb scaffolding and ladders and lift 50 lbs pounds. Proven ability to interact effectively within a department and outside the organization Preferred Skills /

Technical Skills:

Ability to perform data entry and work with facilities related software Fluent in Outlook/email communication and calendaring Handyman skills to address most basic home maintenance needs Physical Requirements Able to walk extended distances.
