This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, notices the details others may overlook, and can work independently while following clearly defined cleaning standards. Schedule Monday through Friday 12:00 PM-3:00 PM 15 hours per week Consistent weekday schedule Pay $17.00 per hour Primary Responsibilities The primary responsibility of this position is maintaining the cleanliness of the facility, with a strong focus on: Cleaning and sanitizing men's and women's bathrooms Cleaning facility floors Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping designated areas Following the Club 24 daily cleaning checklist Following a scheduled floor-cleaning rotation throughout the shift Restocking bathroom and cleaning supplies as needed Identifying areas that require additional cleaning attention Maintaining Club 24 cleanliness standards throughout the facility Communicating cleaning or facility concerns to the General Manager This position focuses on facility cleanliness. Cleaning fitness equipment is not a primary responsibility of this role. Club 24 provides all cleaning supplies, products, and equipment necessary to perform the job. What We're Looking For Professional cleaning experience is preferred, but not required . We are willing to train someone who has the right attitude, work ethic, and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate is:

At least 18 years old Reliable and punctual Detail-oriented Comfortable working independently Able to follow a structured checklist and schedule Able to manage time effectively Comfortable working in an active fitness facility around members Someone who takes pride in keeping a facility clean and organized Physical Requirements Candidates must be able to: Stand and walk throughout the shift Bend, kneel, squat, reach, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks Lift and carry approximately 25-40 lbs. Safely use ladders or step ladders when necessary Push and operate cleaning equipment Background Check Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check.
