Full Job Description Job Title:
Facilities Operations Manager (Ideal candidate will have management experience in security and general facilities operations)
Salary:
$100K•$110K, plus annual bonus (weekly pay, pay advance before pay day, free uniforms, great benefits!)

Are you a leader with 5-7 years of management experience in security operations or facilities operations ? Block by Block is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee one of our Ambassador programs. This role requires advanced client relationship management skills to manage daily district program operations and deliver continual program improvements. We're looking for someone with strong managerial skills, a great work ethic, experience supervising a team of employees, and a passion for creating a great experience. What's in it for you?

Key Responsibilities:
Hiring and training a positive, skilled, and dependable team. Adjusting the deployment of resources to match changing needs. Identifying and solving problems to improve program quality. Procuring and managing inventory of supplies and equipment. Reporting outcomes through various channels (spreadsheets, Kronos Timekeeping, Budgets). Hands-on working management in the field to provide coaching, mentoring, and continuous training.

Requirements:
High School Diploma Required, College or Extended Education preferred Minimum of 5-7 years Management Experience Security Licensure Driver's License in good standing Expert Customer Service Skills•Our entire mission is to be friendly and engaging. Excellent Communication Skills Expert in level technology and computer skills Must have a strong background with proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook.
