Assist the Maintenance Manager in leading departmental goals and Key Performance Indicators Manage department inventories and budgets to ensure all requirements are met and kept within set thresholds Provide guidance to staff through training and development programs to enhance safety, machinery operations, and minimize plant downtime Support the Maintenance Manager in operational tasks such as scheduling, conducting shift meetings, and managing goals
