As a CBRE Facilities Manager, you'll support one of ourclients in the financial services sector, overseeing facilities operations forapproximately 52 retail bank branches and ATM locations, primarily throughoutIdaho, with a small number of locations in Washington and Oregon. This highlyvisible role requires spending approximately 50% of your time in the field,partnering with branch teams and ensuring facilities are safe, efficient, andwell-maintained. We're seeking a customer-focused professional who takesownership, follows through on commitments, and builds strong relationships withstakeholders. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, theability to manage multiple priorities, and a proactive approach to supportingbranch operations across a geographically dispersed portfolio. As part of our Facilities Management team, you'llcollaborate with client stakeholders, branch leadership, vendors, landlords,and service providers to deliver exceptional service, manage facility needs,and support the day-to-day operations of the branch network. What You'll Do

+ Spend approximately 50% of your time in the field, visiting retail bank branches and ATM locations to assess facility conditions, build relationships with stakeholders and ensure operational excellence across the portfolio.

+ Coordinate and oversee facility maintenance, repairs, and improvement projects performed by vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure quality, compliance, and timely completion.

+ Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a key point of contact for facility-related matters and leading discussions to resolve outstanding issues and concerns.

+ Plan, execute, and manage capital and operating projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives, budgets, and timelines.

+ Develop, administer, and monitor operating and capital budgets, providing financial oversight and identifying opportunities for cost optimization.

+ Conduct routine facility inspections to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, while identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reliability, and asset performance.
